Eureka Springs River Adventure

An Experience Like No Other

Located on the banks of the White River as it forms Table Rock Lake, is a townhome waiting for you...  Just a short 5 miles north of the Eureka Springs Historic District, is the planned community of Holiday Island.  That is where you'll find us at 49F Bluewater Drive.

We are a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, townhome built in 2001.  There are custom decorated interiors and furnishings that await you.  Centrally located between Branson, Mo. and Fayetteville, Ar., there is an endless variety of activities for you to enjoy all year round.

There is ample room for your boat trailer, RV or extra cars in your group adjacent to the property.  After a full day of boating, just anchor your boat at the bottom of the hill and walk a short 140 steps home for a bite to eat or even a nap.

Cooking for an intimate dinner or large gatherings is easy and the view is fantastic!  Watch American Bald Eagles right outside the kitchen window in the Winter and early Spring while fishing for Trout, Bass or Walleye.  The wildlife is abundant and the stage is colorful.
The master bedroom and attached master bath are downstairs equipped with a whirlpool tub and a separate shower.  There is a sliding glass door with a private balcony off the master bedroom.

The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs with a shared bath.  There is a sliding glass door that takes you outside to another private balcony.  All views face the river and provide breathtaking mornings where you can spot wildlife all during the day in all four colorful seasons.

All bedrooms have chests, grooming mirrors, night stands, alarm clocks and evening lights and comfortable bedding for a great nights sleep.

Winter in the Ozarks
Fall and Spring are breathtakingly beautiful but winter is especially astounding.  When fog freezes on the barren hardwood branches and the morning sunlight glistens it first ray, it looks like a crystal palace.  There are generally 4 or 5 snow storms and 3 or 4 ice storms that are spectacular each winter between December and February.

The municipality of Holiday Island, Eureka Springs and the Highway Departments of Benton, Washington and Carroll counties do a superb job of keeping the roads clear of ice and snow when needed.  The views are simply inspiring.  Sledding, snowmen and snowballs are all a part of the Winter fun in Northwest Arkansas.  After the day is over, come inside for a warm fire and conversation while planning the following days activities.
